PCT Global LLC's policy for returns is on a case-by-case basis, with the provision of evidence and proof of purchase. Returns for Buyer's Remorse will be refunded for the full purchase price, excluding shipping, upon the receipt of the undamaged and unused item. No restocking or handling fee will be charged.
